William and shy did a great job removing my old system and installed a new one The ducts were also checked out and made sure they were in good shape,a place was found where it was chewed into and replaced ,i know it wasnt easy going under this house . They also was kind to my dog on premises which means alot they worked hard and ran out of a silicon and william made 2 trips to because wasnt what it said was on tube and i said its okay use it anyway, and he said no ma'am i need it to be correct. Dippler/perffered has an investment in william and shy may they go far in the skill.anytime i had issue and needed perffered they always been there for me 13 years strong

Woke at 3:30am to a flooded kitchen! Called Dipple and got a LIVE VOICE at 3:30AM! She was so kind and assured me a technician / service person would be out first thing that morning. Dropped son at school and Danny was at my home, waiting for ME, at 8:15am! He diagnosed and repaired one issue within an hour… Diagnosed a second issue and assured me he would be back the following morning to repair. Danny was here by 8:45am, smile on his face, and new toilet IN HAND! Like LITERALLY! He installed the toilet and was finished within an hour. I will DEFINITELY recommend Dipple to my friends and neighbors and will never hesitate to call Dipple again! Thanks Danny and team!

Phillip was a huge help! Called me back same day after reg business hours were over to set up my repair! Phillip took his time to explain my options and set me up to maintain my HVAC units! I appreciate the quick response! Updating this post to add I had a service call with technician Nick. He was very thorough, respectful of my property outside and inside and very professional. He took his time to explain in detail the work he was doing and to explain what my options were! I really appreciated the time and care he showed for the work here and highly recommend him! Install techs Oscar and D. were excellent! I felt they did my install like it was their own houses getting the install. Both were very friendly and efficient! Both techs kept me informed the whole time they were here! They cleaned as they went and did an excellent job on my 2 heat pumps replacements! I would highly recommend Dipple, from Philip and Ryan in the office to Nick, Oscar and D., all were excellent to deal with! We are extremely satisfied!!!

I was delighted with the service I received. Trent showed up on time and was personable, polite and professional. It doesn't get better than that.
