Russ the owner was wonderful - great communication & fair pricing. His guys (Cole & Tevan - I hope I spelled that right) were professional, patient, thorough & very nice. I look forward to working with them again should I need a plumber again I know who to call! The whole house water filtration system they had to install was quite cumbersome and didn’t come with an instructions manual so it took them longer. I appreciated their patience throughout and positive attitude. I will post pictures once we are moved in. It’s quite the set up!

We had a water heater blow out in our garage and flooded the new workshop I had just finished. We got a couple of quotes from various companies in the area. When we called Integrity, Russ (Owner), came to our house within 30 minutes. He provided a reasonable quote, and great explanation of our options for replacement. They offer a military/veteran discount. The team that came out later that afternoon included Stephen Libby who was fantastic. After they removed the damaged heater, it was discovered that there was additional damage. They worked with the water mitigation folks from USAA to clean and dry the area. When the general contractor that came to look at repairing the water damaged area would not be able to get someone out for another week, Integrity helped us again. Russ recommended a contractor that he worked with to come do the repairs. Once the walls were repaired and painted, Stephen came back and installed the new heater. He took the time to flush the lines, and make sure everything was in good order. He recommended heater settings and set them for us. The heater works great and the area looks great. I had a great experience from the owner to the technicians, and receptionist.

I called Integrity Plumbing one afternoon to request a quote on a replacement tankless water heater. Russ, the owner of the company, showed up at our house less than 45 minutes later and gave us a competitive quote. I was very impressed with Russ who really seemed to know everything about Navien water heaters. Integrity Plumbing was able to start and finish the install that very afternoon so we had working hot water by the evening. The new water heater looks and works great, and they were very conscientious to leave the install area better than they found it. Highly recommend this locally owned company.

With very short notice, Integrity came to my home to inspect a broken water heater. True to their name, they did not try to upsell me on a new water heater when they realized my current one still had plenty of life left and could be repaired more easily than anticipated. They actually encouraged me to repair it rather than replace it, while also reassuring me that if a replacement becomes necessary in the future, they would be happy to help with that as well. I am so thankful for their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help in a pinch!

We had an emergency issue when our closet contractor hit a water line during installation. It was an accident but an emergency because water was pouring out of a closet. Integrity Plumbing had someone at our house in about 30 mins and fixed the issue for a very reasonable price. We will definitely use them again!
