Seven months in, the water heater replacement service done by Johnson Brothers Plumbing is holding up. Our experience with JBP was very positive. They were responsive, efficient, clear in their pricing options, and supportive of our budget parameters.
I would highly recommend Johnson Brothers Plumbing. Jacob was prompt, courteous, and respectful. He was knowledgeable and informative. Jacob explained the process to drain and flush my hot water heater and reiterated the importance of this simple preventative maintenance procedure. Jacob completed the job thoroughly and efficiently.
Great job on the hot water heater replacement. He added a drip pan which was a nice touch. Also installed an additional shut off valve. Cleaned up the area afterwards and you couldn't even tell we ever had a problem. Very highly recommend.
Jacob has always provided excellent service. He is on time and professional. He performed tankless water heater flush, maintenance on outdoor faucet and adjusted bathtub drain so it drains more effectively.
