Was getting ready to enjoy my Memorial Day when I noticed some standing water in the corner of a room. Had to remove a portion of the wall to uncover the problem which was a pin hole leak in copper pipe. New to the area so I started down Google's list and Ken's Plumbing was the ONLY one who was able to help me. Keith & James were here within 45 minutes and they were AWESOME! Super knowledgeable & friendly and they didn't charge any crazy extortion fees for having to come out on the holiday!! Would absolutely recommend Ken's Plumbing & will be using them for all my future plumbing needs!
Having just moved to the area, but having owned homes for decades, I’m well aware of how critical it is to have an exceptional plumber. I’m delighted that I found Ken’s Plumbing, and my plumber from today, Keith. He was patient in explaining what this area had for plumbing concerns, how to fix the toilet flushing issues, examined the garbage disposal for future replacement and confirmed where my main water shut off was. All while not overselling me, but clearly explaining my options. Definitely a great service call and setting up my plumbing resource for SC. Totally happy and satisfied with my plumber!
I called Ken's Plumbing to repair a leak in an outside spigot due to a break in the copper pipe inside the foundation wall. The office was very responsive on a Saturday to send Keith and James who quickly repaired the problem. Both men were very courteous and professional. I would recommend this company.
They were able to accommodate the time and date I needed. Billy came out early for the appointment which was appreciated since I needed to get to work when done. He inspected my leak and also found another small leak I was not aware of. The job was quoted and completed within the hour. I am very pleased with Ken's Plumbing and would definitely use them again.
Totally unfamiliar with local plumbing companies, I was fortunate to find Ken's Plumbing in the area. I called because of a water leak as a result of faulty siding installation in our recently constructed home. Since the home was not under warranty, I was interested in finding a competent company that would not take advantage of the situation. Keith was able to come out and diagnose and fix the leak efficiently and quickly. Gina also was a great help as she kept us up to date with regards to timing of his arrival. As a result of our experience we would highly recommend Ken's Plumbing for routine projects as well as emergency situation. Thank you Keith and Gina, you represent your firm well.
