I recently had Mr. Rooter diagnose and replace my septic drain field, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial inspection to the completion of the project, everyone I worked with was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. A special thank you to Jason and Alex, who were fantastic to work with. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the process from start to finish. Their professionalism and attention to detail gave me confidence that the job was being done right. The price was very reasonable, especially for such a major repair, and there were no surprises along the way. The crew completed the work efficiently and the quality of the workmanship was outstanding. What impressed me most was the care they took with my property. Replacing a drain field is a significant project, but they minimized the impact to my yard and left everything looking great, with no unnecessary damage beyond the drain field area itself. Matthew was outstanding! We called because our restaurant needed a plumber, and he arrived in less than an hour. He was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to get everything taken care of. When we ran into obstacles, he even spoke with the apartment complex to help come up with an alternate solution instead of giving up. After discovering a serious water leak in the concrete slab, we made the decision to replace the entire plumbing system in the house by rerouting everything through the attic. I needed to replace my lawn faucet due to pulling my hose and breaking the PVC pipe. Mat with Mr Rooter called me about 20 minutes After I called for service and was to my home in no time. I greatly appreciate his service he was professional, explained what he needed to replace and ensured I was satisfied once the job was done. I truly thought I would have had to wait till the following day due to it being after 8, but my water and faucet was up and running and just a couple of hours. Thank you!
