Travis Reid did an outstanding job! The Frankenstein valve for the dishwasher the builder install started leaking and was lightly flooding the cabinet and floor. Travis replaced it with a quality quarter turn valve and put in a new supply line to the dishwasher. Turned the water back on and it works perfectly. We’ve used Rotor Rooter at our past house and had excellent experiences. The great experience today was no exception!

Travis was very professional plumber and did a great job. My wife & I did not want to be without water a second night. Travis had to rebuild our tub faucet and build an access box. Highly recommend Travis and Rotor Rooter!!

I had a great experience with Donnie Hughes and highly recommend him! He responded promptly to replace my leaking kitchen faucet and quickly identified that my home's water pressure was set much too high, which can lead to plumbing problems over time. Donnie replaced the kitchen faucet and also replaced the pressure-reducing valve on the water heater system that regulates the water pressure. What really stood out was that he took the time to explain what he was doing, showed me how to remove and replace the valve myself when it eventually needs changing (typically every 5–7 years), and explained the signs to watch for so I'll know when it's time. He was punctual, professional, courteous, and worked efficiently from start to finish. It's easy to see why he's so knowledgeable—his father was a master plumber, and Donnie has been learning the trade since he was 13 years old. His experience and expertise really show! I wouldn't hesitate to call him again or recommend him to anyone needing a trustworthy plumber!

I had some piping work done and it was exceptionally well done by my main man Joséand the rest of the team. Joséwas professional from the start and a great listener to our needs. I believe firmly in guality over quantity, It was great that all process, he was great thru the whole process. This man definitely needs a raise and promotion because he knows and understands perfect customer service and pure honesty and was hands on thru start to finish. Make sure if you call ask for José. He’s your guy for any job.

My first experience with Roto Rooter was great! It was easy to make an appointment and they got us scheduled ASAP when we had a an issue with clogged sewer drains. Donnie & Dillon were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional and Dillon went the extra mile to inspect all of our pipes in the crawl space since we just recently bought this house. We will definitely be calling them back for our future plumbing needs!
